These Terms govern your use of rotasbylazylee.com and any purchase from Rotas By Lazy Lee. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy.

1. Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older to order. Business buyers confirm they have authority to bind the business.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your login and account activity.
3. Products
Descriptions, sizes, ratings, and photos are provided in good faith. Custom finishes can vary. We may correct errors and cancel an affected order with a refund.
4. Custom work
Custom sizes, colors, Woman’s Dream units, contour kits, and custom builds are final after production starts. Deposits are then nonrefundable except for defects, our error, or shipping damage.
5. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it or charge payment. Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse orders for fraud, stock, or incomplete custom details.
6. Shipping
Risk of loss passes on carrier delivery to the address you gave. Inspect pallet freight on arrival and report damage within 7 days.
7. Returns and warranty
Handled only by the Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy. The lifetime warranty is not a money back guarantee.
8. Installation
Unless we agree in writing to install, you or your contractor handle structure, install, and any furniture built on the base.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, Lazy Lee, ROTAS, and patented mechanism rights stay with us. Do not copy or resell the designs as your own.
10. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, scraping, false warranty claims, or interference with checkout.
11. Reviews
You grant us a right to use reviews and project photos you send.
12. Third parties
Shopify, payments, shipping, and ads have their own terms.
13. Disclaimer
Except the written lifetime warranty on eligible ROTAS II mechanisms, the site and products are provided as available.
14. Liability limit
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue.
15. Indemnity
You cover claims from misuse, your install, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our negligence or a covered warranty defect.
16. Governing law
Florida law. Venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Existing orders keep the Terms in force when placed.
